CHOGM 2009

CHOGM is an acronym for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting. It is held every two (2) years and brings together Commonwealth leaders to discuss global and Commonwealth issues. It is very distinct from other international meetings in that heads of government meet in an informal retreat setting.

Many people look forward to visiting the CHOGM Village which will house approximately 22 tented booths with Tourism bodies, retailers and suppliers of local craft, coffee and cocoa products, CHOGM merchandise, local food concession as well as a stage, entertainment and dining areas.

Venue and dates: Port of Spain in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago on November 27-29, 2009.
