Obviously, you are ready to give up your life for what you seem to think is a lot of money. Think about it! All you would have to do is be a Librarian II or III, and you would have achieved your life’s goal! Enjoy working 7 days a week, 15 hours a day, for the rest of your life.
Do you really think $10,000-$15,000 a month will allow you to enjoy life…oh wait, if you do get that after what you promised, you won’t have a life. sorry.

I am so frustrated right now, i am a UWI student and i have exam, i reside in San Fernando and i decided that since i have no internet at home and NALIS offers wireless i would come to their San Fernando branch today (25/04/09) with my laptop and use the net for research and to study. when i reach here however i am told that i cant plug in my laptop because they do no support that!!!! What madness is that? is best they dont offer the wireless at all. Now i have to cut my studying in the library short because my battery would obviously expire on me. An the thing is, i have to use the net for studying because there are no books available on the topics….. i’m really frustrated right now.

This may seem like one of those faq’s but can someone please tell me if there’s an easier way for the branch at POS to hire me?! I sent in a resume last june or so and got a response stating that my resume would be kept on file of course. Does Nalis (at POS) have any job opportunities or internships being offered for undergrad. uni students?

Depending on your qualifications and whether there are any vacancies in the National Library Building, it all depends. Feel free to contact our Human Resource Department to inquire of positions you can apply for and/or follow up on applications sent.
